Frederic Charles Fraser (15 Februari 1880 – 2 Maret 1963) adalah seorang entomologis asal Inggris yang mengkhususkan diri di Odonata. Setelah melakukan tugas militer di India sebagai dokter bedah dengan pangkat letnan kolonel, Fraster mencurahkan dirinya secara keseluruhan kepada capung, kebanyakan di British Museum (Natural History), dimana ia menempatkan koleksinya.
