Edward dari Woodstock, yang disebut sebagai Pangeran Hitam (15 Juni 1330–8 Juni 1376),[1][a] adalah putra sulung Edward III, Raja Inggris, dan Philippa of Hainault dan ikut serta dalam tahun-tahun awal Perang Seratus Tahun. Ia meninggal sebelum ayahnya sehingga tak pernah menjadi raja. Putranya, Richard II, kemudian meneruskan tahta sebagai gantinya.
