David Israel Kertzer (lahir 20 Februari 1948) adalah seorang antropolog, sejarawan dan pemimpin akademik Amerika yang mengkhususkan diri dalam sejarah agama, demografi dan politik Italia. Ia merupakan Paul Dupee, Jr. University Professor of Social Science, Professor of Anthropology, and Professor of Italian Studies di Brown University.
