Dalam sensus tahun 2011, 16.706 warga Vojvodina menyatakan diri mereka sebagai orang Bunjevci dan 47.033 sebagai orang Kroasia. Namun, tidak semua orang Kroasia di Vojvodina memiliki latar belakang Bunjevac, karena terdapat pula orang-orang Šokci.
Konsentrasi orang Bunjevci terbesar di Serbia (9.235) dapat ditemukan di kota Subotica. Kota lain yang dihuni oleh banyak orang Bunjevci adalah Sombor (1.629).
