Benjamin Franklin Mudge (11 Agustus 1817 – 21 November 1879) adalah seorang pengacara, geolog dan guru Amerika Serikat. Sempat menjadi walikota Lynn, Massachusetts, ia kemudian pindah ke Kansas tempat ia diangkat menjadi Geolog Negara Bagian pertama. Ia memimpin survei geologi pertama terhadap negara bagian tersebut pada 1864, dan menerbitkan buku pertama tentang geologi Kansas.
