American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP /ˈæskæp/) adalah sebuah organisasi hak pentas (performance-rights organization, PRO) nirlaba Amerika yang melindungi hak cipta musikal para anggotanya dengan memantau pentas publik dari musik mereka, entah melalui penyiaran atau penampilan langsung, dan mengkompensasi mereka.^[1]
